Pasta Deli has been a family-owned and operated Italian deli for forty-odd years. Everything that comes out of our patisserie counter, our bain-marie, and the take-home pasta fridge is hand made onsite at the Glynde kitchen — then served fresh that day across Glynde, Norwood, and Burnside Village.
No shortcuts. No outsourced trays. The cannoli are filled in the morning, the roasts go on at dawn, and the lasagne came out of the same oven your nonna would recognise. We're a small Adelaide deli that does Italian comfort food the way it should be done — and we've been doing it long enough to know what that means.
